Climate Resilience Camp

Climate Resilience Camp is a week-long summer STEM enrichment program for high school students. The week is focused on exploring impacts of natural disasters and extreme weather and investigating strategies for increasing resilience in their communities. Topics covered include extreme heat, flooding, air quality, resilience, and possible solutions.

Students will participate in hands-on activities related to extreme heat, flooding, and air quality while also meeting professionals working in climate related fields. All participants are encouraged to lead an optional service project in their community during the school year and will receive project suggestions and support for implementation.

Reduced program fee is sponsored by generous support from the Triangle Community Foundation. Scholarships are available upon request. Use the staff contact information below to request a scholarship.
