The Museum offers a myriad of programs and activities targeted to an Adult audience.
Many programs at the Museum have been developed specifically for teens such as Teen Science Cafe and Teen TV.
We offer an increasing number of daily activities for children, ages 3-12. You can check out our current offerings here.
The entire family can participate in an array of programs and activites at the Museum. See our 'All Ages' programs and events here.
Organized groups, such as Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, can participate in a variety of activities throughout the year. Many events and programs provide learning experiences and resources to fulfill badge requirements.
We offer programs specifically targeted to homeschools that reinforce curriculum goals and cover topics in ecology, paleontology, geology, and biology.
The North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences welcomes everyone to participate in all of our types of programs and offerings without barriers. If you wish to request any accommodation for your visit or participation we will make every reasonable effort to ensure a rewarding experience. Please contact our coordinator of accessibility and inclusion, Liani Yirka, with any requests or questions.
