Extreme Mammals

  • Tuesday, January 05, 2016
  • 10:00am - 11:30am

Join us on the first Tuesday of the month (October, November, January, and February) for Curiosity Classes designed especially for Homeschool students.  During these hour and a half classes, we’ll delve deeper into topics and incorporate additional learning experiences.

What do all mammals have in common? Explore the fascinating characteristics of the animal group to which humans belong.  In this class, students will have the opportunity to meet some of the Museum’s warm and furry creatures while discovering the amazing diversity of adaptations found within this favored animal group.  Homeschool groups are encouraged to visit the “Extreme Mammals” exhibit after the program to learn more!

Registration information: Fill out online, print and mail the Museum’s Registration Form with payment.
