Discover a wide variety of volunteer and internship opportunities at the largest natural history museum in the Southeast. Volunteers and Interns provide vital support to the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences and its mission. They add diversity and depth to the Museum's staff, allowing the Museum to better connect with the community. In return, these valuable individuals are given the opportunity to expand their knowledge and learn new skills while gaining valuable experiences in a unique environment.
Working closely with the mission of the Museum, the NCMNS Volunteer & Intern Program is committed to helping to cultivate new professionals as well as utilize the talents of current professionals to help Museum staff increase public awareness of and interest in science.
