Bob Alderink, Head of Exhibit Hall Experiences, strikes two aluminum-covered objects together to generate sparks.

Join us for an entertaining half hour of science experiments and demonstrations. Day-to-day topics vary but often include physics and chemistry demonstrations on inertia, buoyancy and electromagnetism. Enjoy natural science topics such as the incredible composition of beaver teeth or the amazing design and strength of birds’ eggs.

This walk-up program is offered:

  • Wednesdays — 1:30pm
  • Fridays — 1:30pm
  • Saturdays — 2pm, 3pm

Location: Windows on the World on the 3rd floor of the Nature Exploration Center.

Designed for ages 7 and up. No registration required.
