Science Detectives: North Carolina’s Natural Treasures

  • Wednesday, October 13, 2021
  • 10:30am - 12:00pm

Join us on the second Wednesday of the month (October, November, and December) for classes designed especially for homeschool and track-out students. These 90-minute classes allow us to delve deeper into topics and incorporate additional learning experiences.

North Carolina’s habitats, from the mountains to the sea, support a wide diversity of plants and animals. While exploring the regions of North Carolina, we will discover some of the natural treasures that make our state so special. Live plants and animals, native to NC, will be highlighted in this class.

Participants must be 8-10 years old for this program.

Please read our Safety Guidelines before registering.
