SUMMARY:Science Detectives: North Carolina's Natural Treasures
DESCRIPTION:Join us on the second Wednesday of the month (October\, November\, and December) for classes designed especially for homeschool and track-out students. These 90-minute classes allow us to delve deeper into topics and incorporate additional learning experiences. \nNorth Carolina’s habitats\, from the mountains to the sea\, support a wide diversity of plants and animals. While exploring the regions of North Carolina\, we will discover some of the natural treasures that make our state so special. Live plants and animals\, native to NC\, will be highlighted in this class. \nParticipants must be 8-10 years old for this program. \nPlease read our Safety Guidelines before registering. \nREGISTER NOW!\nRegistration ends 24-hours prior to program start time. \nFor more information contact Missy Chernick.
