Science can be exciting, confusing, and sometimes (especially if you study bugs) kinda gross. But, science is almost always interesting, especially if it’s presented in a way people can access and understand. The job of a science communicator is to translate and disseminate science to interested audiences. And it’s a job that can be done by many different people from many different professional backgrounds.
