  • Wednesday, November 15, 2023
  • 10:45am - 11:45am

Erupting volcano

Join us for classes designed especially for homeschool and track-out students. These 60-minute classes allow us to delve deeper into topics and incorporate additional learning experiences.

Since the dawn of humanity, volcanoes have filled us with wonder and terror. Their rocks have given us tools, countertops and island chains. Their fertile soil has nurtured civilizations and their violent eruptions have ended them. Join us on November 15 and discover how these mountains of rock and fire have shaped not only our world, but our species too.

Participants must be 11 years of age or older for this program.
