Science Detectives: Life Underground

Join us for classes designed especially for homeschool and track-out students. These 60-minute classes allow us to delve deeper into topics and incorporate additional learning experiences.

What lives beneath our feet? Meet some of the Museum’s live animal ambassadors and learn more about creatures that dig and burrow underground. Explore why life below the surface can be a cool place to be!

Participants must be 5 to 7 years old for this program.

Details

  • Fee: $10 per participant; $7.50 per member participant (plus tax).
  • Requirements: Participants must be 5 to 7 years old. This is a drop-off class. Parents will not be allowed to attend the class with their child but do need to remain in the Museum.
  • Cancellation Notice: Refunds only issued if the Museum cancels the program, or if cancellation is made in writing via email to melissa.chernick@naturalsciences.org at least two weeks prior to the program date.
