Old Dogs Teaching Us New Tricks
One of the most difficult and frightening groups of disease that we face in humanity is neurodegenerative disease. While we are all aware that diseases like Alzheimer’s Disease and ALS are common, fewer people are aware that dogs suffer from many of the same conditions. In this presentation, Dr. Olby will discuss the work her group is doing to describe and treat these diseases in dogs.
