Access to land for agriculture, education, and recreation is an increasing challenge in the Triangle. Kierra will explore how conservation land trusts can provide innovative solutions to protect and expand land access. We’ll also look at the partnerships needed to make these solutions possible.

Throughout the month of March, the Lunchtime Discovery Series will recognize Women’s History Month and women’s contributions to science and conservation. These live virtual presentations will be held each Wednesday from noon to 1:00 p.m. and are hosted by the NC Museum of Natural Sciences Coordinator of Current Science Programs Chris Smith.
