Join us in-person in the SECU Daily Planet Theater or watch the livestream on YouTube.

Dr. Angela Allen’s work emphasizes applying foundational scientific principles to address real-world environmental challenges that directly affect communities. Through the Environmental Resources Water Training Program, she mentors and guides students in collaborations with colleagues and community partners in research centered on community engagement. Join us to learn how these experiential learning opportunities extend beyond the classroom and encourage students to engage with complex environmental issues, preparing them to be the next generation of environmental stewards.

Dr. Angela Allen, Assistant Teaching Professor, Director of Environmental Technology and Management and Co-Director of Environmental Sciences, North Carolina State University, Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources
