Join us for an exploration of the Cane Creek Mountains Natural Area in southwest Alamance County. We will hike about three miles of trails exploring the geology of this Piedmont monadnock and observe the plants and animals present this time of year. We will have a late picnic lunch on site before heading back to Raleigh.

Meet at Prairie Ridge Ecostation, then we’ll travel to site by Museum vehicle.
