Join us on a butterfly walk as we utilize the PollardBase survey method to count butterflies for the Prairie Ridge Survey of the Carolinas Butterfly Monitoring Program. We will have a butterfly expert joining us on this walk to help with identification.
This program is for ages 18 and up. Please bring binoculars if you have them and be prepared to take a long walk around Prairie Ridge. Hat, sunscreen, filled water bottle and closed-toed shoes recommended. We will meet at the green entrance gate next to the parking lot.
