Visit Prairie Ridge for our next StoryWalk® featuring Are You a Dragonfly? by Judy Allen and Tudor Humphries. Our story begins on the Prairie Trail just inside our entry gates and will take you on a short trail as you learn about dragonflies. Can you find any in the prairie as you explore?
Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes that can get muddy, appropriate dress for the weather (hats are a good idea!), and bring a water bottle. Trails are mulch, dirt, or grass and small hills are included — trail strollers or baby carriers are recommended for our smallest visitors. Bring a picnic and enjoy the day (and please pack out your trash!). This is a self-guided trail intended to be completed at your own pace.
