Thank you for your interest in the Café Coordinators program at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences. This application is due Monday, April 29, 2024 by 5 pm. Any submissions time-stamped after 5 pm will not be accepted.

This application should take about 45 minutes to complete. Set aside enough time to complete the application in one session. We recommend saving your answers in a document on your computer so you will have back-up in the event of technological problems.

A recommendation form is REQUIRED to complete the application. Please contact an adult who has recently worked with you closely. This can be a classroom teacher, coach, music or dance teacher, scout leader, youth group leader, or club adviser. This person should NOT be a parent or other family member. Ask an adult who has known you for at least a year and who has had the opportunity to observe you with your peers (in-person or virtually). We recommend sending them the form link directly. If you are applying for more than one teen program, please note that the recommendation forms for each program are different.

Notice to Children and Guardians

If you are under age 13 and you wish to participate in certain events or exhibits at, conducted by, or sponsored by the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, your parent or guardian must register you and provide their consent as well as your information. Please ask your parent or guardian to fill out your online registration form or any other forms requesting your information.
