This talk explores the story behind the book, Akeem Keeps Bees and how children’s literature can spark curiosity about bees, food and our relationship to the natural world. Through personal storytelling and real-world experiences, Kamal Bell shares how books can help cultivate early stewardship, wonder and a sense of belonging in nature.
