The 300-acre Beech Bluff Park is Wake County’s newest park and includes four miles of trails and a unique canopy walk for a bird’s-eye view of the forest. Join us to discover some natural treasures on this winter hike in southeast Wake County.

Please note: You will be required to enter the following information for each registrant before you can complete your registration: emergency contact, physician contact and health information (allergies, conditions, medications relevant to this field experience). Take a moment to gather this information before beginning your registration.

  • Fee: $15 per participant; $10 per member participant.
  • Requirements: Minimum age 18.
  • Cancellation Notice: Refunds only issued if the Museum cancels the trip, or if cancellation is made in one of the following ways at least two weeks prior to the trip date: Either in writing via email to Missy Chernick or through the Museum box office (919.707.9950). We cannot issue credits, rain checks, or transfers for these trips.
