Join the State Library of NC and NC Museum of Natural Sciences for a unique educational experience as we explore the beauty of native North Carolina plants. This guided walking tour will take you through the native plant gardens at the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources Building and the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, highlighting the diverse flora that thrives in our state.
Participants will take home a seed packet from SLNC’s Native Seed Library, a free seed exchange focused on promoting gardening with plants native to North Carolina.

LOCATION
Meet at the front of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources Building at 109 East Jones Street, Raleigh, NC. The tour stops will include the gardens in front of DNCR Building and the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences Nature Exploration Center.
