Join us as we open your eyes to the wonderful world of nature through a family-friendly, nature-filled storytime. We’ll begin by sharing a story in the Nature PlaySpace Amphitheater at 10:30am, and will then head to other areas of Prairie Ridge as we explore natural themes from the story in a hands-on, interactive manner. This special version of our Nature Stories program will feature local author Jesse White as she shares her new children’s book “Brave Like Fireweed”!
This is a free program beginning at 10:30am. Come dressed for the weather and prepared to take a walk! Most walks will be stroller friendly. Everyone is welcome at the Nature PlaySpace, but it has been designed especially for kids 7 and younger – Nature Stories books and activities were chosen with this age group in mind.
