Rent the Featured Exhibition Gallery for exclusive access to “RACE: Are We So Different?” Explore the interactive displays, artifacts, multimedia presentations and compelling images that offer guests an eye-opening look at “RACE.”

Catering options are available outside of the Featured Exhibition Gallery for evening events with access to the Museum’s permanent exhibits. For daytime functions, add a meeting space to your rental to accommodate catering and discuss “Race: Are We So Different?” with your guests.

Facility rental options range from $300-$1,450 for daytime events and meetings with catering packages beginning at $15 per person. Evening and after-hours functions begin at $1,675 with catering packages starting at $50 per person.

A Cultural Conversation is an enlightening exchange of thoughts, opinions and ideas about race in a safe space. Private groups can participate in a 90-minute dialogue facilitated by local experts in the fields of race relations and social justice. This exercise allows for small groups (5–25 people) to have a meaningful and transformative experience as they reflect on their everyday lived experiences with race.

Day or evening fee-based Cultural Conversations can be scheduled for corporate, non-profit and school organizations during the week. Cultural Conversations range in cost from $200 to $300 per program, with a maximum of 25 guests permitted for each program. Cultural Conversations may be booked for ages six and up. Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Participants must be available for the entire 90-minute session. All participants are encouraged to spend a minimum of one hour in the exhibition prior to their Conversation, as some conversational prompts are tied to exhibition content.
