During summer, Prairie Ridge is alive with insects, from bees to butterflies to beetles, and everything in between. During this one-day entomology deep dive, we\u2019ll explore different methods that scientists use to study insects, while getting up close and personal with some of our local favorites!<\/p>\n
This is a one-day drop-off program at Prairie Ridge Ecostation intended for children entering grades 3\u20135<\/strong> this fall (2024). Participants should expect to be entirely outdoors, bring a packed snack and lunch, and be ready to have fun outside!<\/p>\n This program requires registration and costs $35 for Friends of the Museum Members and $40 for non-members.
