This talk will discuss the intersection of biotechnology and digital innovation, where groundbreaking advancements are reshaping our approach to food sustainability, environmental conservation and overall well-being.<\/p>\n<h3>About our speaker<\/h3>\n<p>Jingtong (J.T.) Hou is a scientist with a computational biology PhD from University of California, Berkeley focusing on protein folding and machine learning\/AI.
