Ever wonder what insects you’re seeing? Or where’s the best place to look for ladybugs? Come take a walk with us, and we’ll learn to identify some of the insects at Prairie Ridge, and show you the best places to find some of your favorites!<\/p>\n

This program is for ages 8 and up, families welcome. Please dress for the weather and wear closed toed shoes – hat and sunscreen are recommended. We will meet at the entrance kiosk.\u00a0 No registration necessary.<\/p>\n

“Be a Scientist” programs are specifically geared towards children ages 8 and up and their families, helping our youth gain knowledge and experience exploring nature and conducting citizen science!<\/em><\/p>\n
