We will paddle along floating bog mats, pitcher plants and pond cypress as we explore this ecologically significant natural area by boat. Rich in plant and animal diversity, Horseshoe Lake is a unique natural area that is considered nationally significant by the NC Heritage Program.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note:<\/strong> You will be required to enter the following information for each registrant before you can complete your registration: emergency contact, physician contact and health information (allergies, conditions, medications relevant to this field experience).
