Join us on a hike through the fascinating ecosystems of Mason Farm Biological Reserve in Chapel Hill. We’ll look for signs of migrating salamanders around temporary pools, explore the unique restored prairies of the Reserve, and learn more about the busy lives of reptiles and amphibians during springtime.<\/p>\n

Length of hike:<\/strong> two miles.<\/p>\n

Minimum age:<\/strong> 10 years old (all minors must be accompanied by an adult).<\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/strong> Wear clothing\/shoes you wouldn’t mind getting wet\/dirty. Extra layers if it’s cold.<\/p>\n
