Summer is the season of insects, so let\u2019s get exploring! Join us as we look for and learn about the many bugs that call Prairie Ridge home. Designed for early childhood audiences (ages 7 and under), this program will provide opportunities for hands-on observations and learning opportunities. From ladybugs to bees to grasshoppers to butterflies, we\u2019ll explore a variety of little critters!<\/p>\n
This is a free, drop-in program beginning at 10:00am at the picnic tables right outside of the Nature PlaySpace. Be sure to wear appropriate clothes for the weather and bring a water bottle. Trails to the PlaySpace are mulch, dirt or grass and small hills are included \u2014 trail strollers or baby carriers are recommended for our smallest visitors. Bring a picnic and enjoy the day (but please pack out your trash!).<\/p>\n
