Join us for a celestial adventure that explores the wonders of the universe through technology, telescopes, engaging talks by scientists on Saturday<\/a> and Sunday<\/a> and plenty of hands-on activities<\/a>. Space enthusiasts of all ages will delight in embarking on this journey through the cosmos!<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s theme is <\/span><\/span>Passport to the Moon<\/span><\/span><\/em>! <\/span>Your cosmic itinerary is packed with two days of lunar-<\/span>focused<\/span> programming<\/span>. <\/span>You <\/span>won’t<\/span> need a spacesuit, but <\/span>you’ll<\/span> certainly want to bring your curiosity for discovery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Loud Noise Warning<\/strong><\/h2>\n

During the entirety of the event, on both Saturday and Sunday, Blast-Off Rockets will be fired off <\/span>in the alley behind<\/span> the Museum\u2019s Nature <\/span>Research<\/span> Center (N<\/span>R<\/span>C)<\/span>.<\/span> The rockets make a loud popping noise caused by the instant release of pressurized air. I<\/span>f you are sensitive to loud or unexpected noises<\/span>, please consider entering the Museum through the Nature <\/span>Exploration <\/span>Center (N<\/span>E<\/span>C) at 11 W<\/span>est<\/span> Jones St.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
