Free.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNew Trouble on the Neuse\u201d comes almost 30 years after reporter Bill Leslie\u2019s original documentary, which prompted bipartisan support for protection of the Neuse River. Three decades later, those studying and working to protect the river have surveyed how it\u2019s doing. Their verdict?
