Photo: Matt Zeher.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>RALEIGH, N.C. \u2014 Visit the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences Friday, Oct. 19 from 11 a.m. to noon, for an Iron Chef-style cook-off with a twist featuring local chefs Alex Cordova from Tonbo Ramen and Andrew Smith from SoCa Raleigh and bu\u2022ku Wake Forest. The adventurous chefs will be charged with creating an appetizer, entr\u00e9e and dessert incorporating ingredients ranging from crickets to superworms (darkling beetle larvae).<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s brave taste-testers will be WRAL anchor Debra Morgan, WTVD anchor Steve Daniels, Nature Conservancy scientist Stephanie Wear, and BASF R&amp;D Director Nigel Armes.
