Join us for a program about Honey Bees led by a North Carolina-certified beekeeper! Learn about the lives of these beloved insects \u2014 what goes on in the hive, how they gather food, and how we take their honey. We’ll talk about how you can support Honey Bees and other pollinators.<\/p>\n

This program is for ages 8 and up; families welcome. We will meet in the classroom building, which is a short walk down the gravel path from the parking lot. It will “bee” amazing!<\/p>\n

“Be a Scientist” programs are specifically geared towards children ages 8 and up and their families, helping our youth gain knowledge and experience exploring nature and conducting citizen science!<\/em><\/p>\n
