SUMMARY:Art Outdoors: Nature Mosaics
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we explore art outdoors\, mixing natural materials with traditional art disciplines\, testing new nature-based art techniques\, and using inspiration from nature to create artistic masterpieces. \nEach day will feature a different outdoor art activity – today’s activity is creating Andy Goldsworthy-inspired mosaics with natural materials like leaves\, rocks\, pinecones\, and more. \nThis drop-in program is designed for kids ages 7 and under and occurs outdoors from 10:30am – 11:30am at the picnic tables below the Nature PlaySpace. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Come dressed for the weather and prepared to get messy! Art Outdoors is a free program\, with a suggested donation of $5/child. Make your donation here.
