SUMMARY:Lifelong Adventure: Earth to Sky Astronomy
DESCRIPTION:Join us on this astronomy and nature adventure in the mountains at Mayland Community College’s Earth to Sky Park near Burnsville. We’ll explore some trails during the day then explore the night sky at the Bare Dark Sky Observatory with their staff and our own astronomer\, Patrick Treuthardt. We’ll stay in the Blue Ridge Boutique Hotel operated by Mayland Community College in nearby Spruce Pine. \nPlease note: You will be required to enter the following information for each registrant before you can complete your registration: emergency contact\, physician contact and health information (allergies\, conditions\, medications relevant to this field experience).
