SUMMARY:Celebration of Moths at Prairie Ridge
DESCRIPTION:After the downtown BugFest festivities end\, join us at Prairie Ridge Ecostation in west Raleigh for a night of moths and other nighttime insects! We’ll have light stations available for viewing nocturnal insects and staff on hand for questions and identification help. Bring a phone or camera so you can share your observations with scientists and use your photos to get ID help! Bring a flashlight or headlamp and a water bottle\, avoid wearing white or fluorescent clothing\, and wear closed-toed shoes. Find us in the Outdoor Classroom\, a 3-5 minute walk down the dirt road from the parking lot. We’ll open the gate to the road at 7:45pm.
