DESCRIPTION:Join us as we open your eyes to the wonderful world of nature through a family-friendly\, nature-filled storytime. We’ll begin by sharing a story in both English and Spanish in the Nature PlaySpace Amphitheater at 10:30am\, and will then head to other areas of Prairie Ridge as we explore natural themes from each day’s stories in a hands-on\, interactive manner. As we explore\, we’ll learn how to say a few words relating to the day’s theme in Spanish! \nThis is a free program beginning at 10:30am. Come dressed for the weather and prepared to take a walk! Most walks will be stroller friendly. Everyone is welcome at the Nature PlaySpace\, but it has been designed especially for kids ages 7 and younger — Nature Stories books and activities were chosen with this age group in mind. \nFor more information\, contact Eileen Tan at eileen.tan@naturalsciences.org. \nBilingual Nature Stories is a series! In this program\, we’ll discuss how and why birds migrate and the paths they travel! \nThis ecoEXPLORE program is geared toward children in grades K–8 and their families\, but all are welcome!
