DESCRIPTION:Is your child fascinated by animal tracks? Want to learn more about the tracks you may see while out on nature walks this winter? Then join us for a hike-and-learn program as we check our track boxes to see who may have visited Prairie Ridge in the night\, while also learning about different types of animal tracks. \nThis is a free program beginning at 10:30am. Please meet at the picnic tables just below the Nature PlaySpace. Come dressed for the weather and prepared to take a walk! This program is designed for early childhood audiences (ages 7 and under). We’ll be taking a walk through the Arboretum which has grass- and gravel-covered paths that are often uneven and bumpy at times\, as well as walking on parts of the forest trail above the Nature PlaySpace. \nFor more information\, contact Emma Blackford at emma.blackford@naturalsciences.org
