SUMMARY:Not A Stick StoryWalk®
DESCRIPTION:Visit Prairie Ridge for our next StoryWalk® featuring Not A Stick\, by Antionette Portis.  Our story begins just inside our entry gates where you can select a “stick” to bring with you on your adventure.  Using your imagination\, you may discover it’s Not A Stick after all! \nBe sure to wear closed-toed shoes that can get muddy\, appropriate dress for the weather\, and bring a water bottle. Trails are mulch\, dirt or grass and small hills are included — trail strollers or baby carriers are recommended for our smallest visitors. Bring a picnic and enjoy the day (but please pack out your trash!). This is a self-guided trail intended to be completed at your own pace. \nFor more information about StoryWalks® at Prairie Ridge\, please contact Emma Blackford at emma.blackford@naturalsciences.org or 919.707.8737. \nThe StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier\, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
