DESCRIPTION:Turtles and and pond weeds and frogs\, oh my! Ever wonder what lives in the pond at Prairie Ridge?  Join us and learn about the amphibians\, birds\, and other creatures that live in and around water!\n\nThis program is for ages 8 and up\, families welcome. Please dress for the weather and prepare to get a bit (or a lot) muddy and wet. All exploration supplies will be provided. We will meet at the pond platforms. \n\n“Be a Scientist” programs are specifically geared towards children ages 8 and up and their families\, helping our youth gain knowledge and experience exploring nature and conducting citizen science! \n\n
