DESCRIPTION:CELEBRATION OF NATURE AT PRAIRIE RIDGE ECOSTATION\nHelp us celebrate as the critters of Prairie Ridge prepare for the arrival of summer. Come dressed in an outdoor-friendly costume (gnome\, fairy\, butterfly\, bee\, bird\, praying mantis? all species welcome!)  or decorate yourself at the Outdoor Classroom. Follow the Nature Adventure path to discover the natural wonders of Prairie Ridge Ecostation! \nACTIVITIES \n\nTrail walk with science investigation stations\nBuild gnome\, fairy and toad homes\nMake hats and wings\nScience needs you! Learn about citizen science together\nBird banding demonstrations\nDiscover native pollinators and pond animals\n\nThis is a free event and no registration is required. Trails are natural with uneven surfaces and some hills. Trail strollers or baby carriers are recommended for your smallest gnomes and fairies.
