DESCRIPTION:Join us for a quiet\, leisurely walk through the woods of Prairie Ridge\, listening to the sounds of nature. We will stroll about a mile\, trying to identify the birds\, frogs and insects we hear along the way. It will be a relaxing start to the holiday weekend! \nThis program is for ages 18 and up. No prior knowledge is necessary\, just come willing to learn about nature with other adults. Please dress for the weather\, wear closed toed shoes\, and bring drinking water. No preregistration is necessary. We will meet by the entrance kiosk.

Join us in the Nature PlaySpace as we bring out a variety of materials to create artwork\, build structures and connect with the natural world around us. Each week will look a little bit different as we utilize different materials\, strive towards different goals and bring together different creative minds. A Museum staff member will be present\, helping to facilitate your creative experience. \nThis is a free\, drop-in program. Staff and materials will be available between 10:30 and 11:30am\, or until materials are gone. Come dressed for the weather and ready to get messy!
