Program Full

Your Backyard in Winter

  • Wednesday, December 19, 2018
  • 10:00am - 11:30am

Meet some live North Carolina animals and explore how they get through the winter: migration, hibernation, fur, feathers, food, and fat.

The hour-long formal part of the program will be followed by exploration time in the Discovery Room.  Parents are welcome to stay for the formal program, then explore the room with their child.  If parents are bringing younger siblings to the Museum, we recommend they plan to explore the Museum with those siblings during the formal program time, then return to the Discovery Room to assist their enrolled child during exploration time.

Registration information: Registration is full for this program.
