SUMMARY:Science Detectives: Protists And Other Microscopic Life
DESCRIPTION:Join us for classes designed especially for homeschool and track-out students. These 60-minute classes allow us to delve deeper into topics and incorporate additional learning experiences. \nWe will take you on a journey to the microscopic world where we will examine the lesser-seen kingdoms of Protista and microscopic Animalia. The students will learn the parts and functions of a compound microscope\, prepare their own slides from pond samples and learn to identify the creatures that they find. \nParticipants must be 11 years of age or older for this program. \nProgram Cancelled\nRegistration ends 48 hours prior to program start time. \nFor more information contact Missy Chernick.
