SUMMARY:Science Detectives: Fossil Investigations
DESCRIPTION:Join us on the second Wednesday of the month (October\, November\, and December) for classes designed especially for homeschool and track-out students. These 90-minute classes allow us to delve deeper into topics and incorporate additional learning experiences. \nFrom megalodons to ammonites\, students will investigate a variety of fossils\, unraveling what they are\, where they came from\, and what they can tell us. Students will meet living relatives of animals whose ancestors can be traced back in the fossil record. Fossil matrix will go home with participants for further home study. \nParticipants must be 8-10 years old for this program. \nPlease read our Safety Policy before registering. \nREGISTER NOW!\nRegistration ends 24-hours prior to program start time. \nFor more information contact Missy Chernick.
