DESCRIPTION:Science Detectives: 3D Modeling and Printing for Beginners \nJoin us for classes designed especially for homeschool and track-out students. These classes allow us to delve deeper into topics and incorporate additional learning experiences. \nExplore the exciting and rapidly growing field of 3D modeling and printing in this hands-on beginner level class. During this class\, you will first be introduced to 3D design and modeling while you create a 3D model of your own. Secondly\, you will learn how 3D printers work and see them in action while they print your design. \nParticipants must be 11 years of age or older for this program.  \nNote: This is a drop-off program\, but adults must stay in the Museum during the program time. \nRegistration is full for this program.\nRegistration ends 48 hours prior to program start time. \nFor more information contact Missy Chernick.
