Falling Felines and Fundamental Physics by Greg Gbur. Book cover.

Have you ever wondered why a falling cat always seems to land on its feet? So have some of the most important scientists of the past 150 years. With the aid of videos and photos, physicist and cat parent Greg Gbur walks us through some of the history and science behind the ability known as “cat-turning,” “the cat-righting reflex,” and the “cat flip,” and highlights how cats have been causing mischief in science for 300 years and counting.

There will be a book signing following Dr. Gbur’s program.
