Join us at Prairie Ridge for our 3rd annual Fall BioBlitz!
From Tuesday, October 1 through Saturday, October 5, we welcome naturalists, novices and general nature enthusiasts to join us in documenting Prairie Ridge’s biodiversity! From fungi to birds, we need your help to better understand what all lives at Prairie Ridge — and how we can best steward our environment to support these native species.
Details
During open hours (9am–4pm) on October 1–5, come out to Prairie Ridge and document wild, living things using the iNaturalist app. As long as your observation’s location is accurate, your submission will automatically be collated into our BioBlitz project! Come explore and document nature on your own, or join us for one of our BioBlitz programs!
October 3, 10am: ID’ing Nature With Smartphones
October 5, 10am: Nature Photography With Your Phone
