DESCRIPTION:We’re celebrating Take a Child Outside Week with a walk to find mushrooms and other fungi!  As we walk\, be ready to photograph any mushrooms you find so that you can  share your observations with scientists through your ecoEXPLORE account.  This program will help you complete part of the ecoEXPLORE Mycology Badge. \nPre-registration is required.  Please register online here. \nThis program is geared toward children in grades K-8 and their families\, but all are welcome! You will learn about the ecoEXPLORE project during the program. \nNOTICE TO CHILDREN AND GUARDIANS \nIf you are under age 13 and you wish to participate in certain events or exhibits at\, conducted by\, or sponsored by the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences\, your parent or guardian must register you and provide their consent as well as your information.
