Lifelong Hike: Carvers Creek Hike

We will hike the trails and learn more about the Carvers Creek State Park and its interesting history.  Once the estate of James Stillman Rockefeller, the park includes a picturesque cypress millpond and tracts of longleaf pine.

Registration information: Registration is full for this program.

Registration deadline is two weeks prior to trip start date. Trips failing to reach the minimum registration numbers by the deadline date may be canceled. Please call to check on trip status if interested in registering after the deadline.

Details

  • Fee: $8 per participant; $5 per member participant.
  • Requirements: Minimum age 18.
  • Cancellation Notice: If the Museum cancels the program, the registrant will have the option of receiving (1) a credit toward a future Lifelong field program, or (2) a full refund*. If the registrant cancels their registration 7 days or more prior to the departure date, then a refund* (less $25 processing fee) or credit will be given. No refund or credit for reservations cancelled by the registrant less than 7 days before the departure date. *Registrants must submit a W9 form to receive a refund.
