Coding for Beginners – JavaScript

Have you ever wondered what causes the interactive elements of a website to work? Do you want to make your own websites or computer games? Get an introduction into the exciting world of computer programming by creating an endless runner game using the programming language JavaScript. The concepts learned in this course are fundamental coding skills that are applicable to exploring programming outside of the lab.

Note: Parents do not need to attend the lab with their child but do need to remain in the Museum.

  • Fee: $10 per participant; $7.50 member participant (plus tax).
  • Requirements: Minimum age 11 years old. Parents do not need to attend the lab with their child but do need to remain in the Museum.
